Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Brimballe. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
When your purchase is processed, you will see available shipping rates and taxes on your order page.
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.
The order cut-off time is 10 p.m. Canadian time. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be processed the same day.
We are not responsible if the customer makes a mistake in the delivery address.
➣ SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders from our suppliers to the following countries: Canada, United States, Belgium, Mexico, and France. Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, although import and customs delays at specific destinations may extend shipping times beyond this window. Occasionally, packages are delayed by the shipping company and take longer to arrive. In this case, you will receive a refund if not delivered within 75 days.
➣ Customs, duties and taxes
Brimballe is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). To ensure the best possible prices, items may come from Canada, the United States, Europe, China, and Mexico.
➣ Shipping confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
