Reimbursement policy

We strive to offer you the best in quality and value. If the product is not as described or is damaged, we will gladly take the product back and refund your purchase in full. Otherwise, sales are final. 25% restocking fee for returned non-eligible (non-defective) items.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition and packaging. Products used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. All customizable and custom-made items cannot be returned and are non-refundable (Canvas wall art, rugs, bedding).


Request your return authorization number by emailing info@brimballe.com with a detailed reason for the return and photos or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the return level and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you wish to return.

To ensure your return, please use the tracked mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method within 7 days. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used for your original purchase.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - this means the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 7 days to show that the refund was put back on the card. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

RETURN COSTS
We do not charge any restocking fees and we do not charge any return shipping fees for damaged or defective products. However, if the customer purchases the wrong products or simply wants to return the item, the customer will pay the actual cost of return shipping.
