Refund policy

We strive to bring you the very best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to take the product back and provide you with a full refund for your purchase.

We have a 10 day return policy which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Request your return authorization number by emailing with a detailed reason for the return and photos or video of the product that supports your reason. After approval, you will receive the return level and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product you wish to return.

To ensure your return, please use tracked mail service, we will not be responsible for any lost or missing packages.

Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to you according to your original method within 7 days. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used during your original purchase.

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - this means the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 7 days to show the refund has been put back on the card. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

We do not charge any restocking fees and we do not do not charge any return costs for damaged or defective products. But, if the customer buys the wrong products, the customer will pay the actual cost of the return shipping.
